Real careers, not one-off placements.
Good people get stopped by small things: a ticket that lapsed, a ride to site. Indigenous or not, if you are qualified and ready, we clear those, then back the career.
- Barrier-free onboarding: transportation, ticket renewals, and mentorship from day one.
- Contract-to-permanent pathways, with retention check-ins along the way.
- Support through the full project, not just the first shift.
- A culturally safe workplace, rooted in the communities we serve.
Built on employment, permission, and shared benefit.
Indigenous employment is the core of what we do. We bridge Indigenous communities and people to industrial careers, clear the barriers that keep people from work, and place them on projects across Canada, ready and supported. We work with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities and their development corporations, on consent and shared benefit.

Permission first, benefit shared.
- Eight Indigenous partnerships on an economic-benefit revenue-share model.
- A revenue share, tied to billable work.
- Partner names shared only with documented consent.
- Reporting tied to employment, retention, training, and community benefit.
Indigenous Talent Stream
Our contract-to-permanent model. Workers are placed, supported, evaluated on real work, and converted to permanent when the fit is proven. When the client hires the worker permanently and we backfill the role with another Indigenous candidate, the conversion fee is waived in full.
Shared Energy, Shared Futures
We were proud to be part of this program’s development. Our executive leadership served on the all-Indigenous Steering Committee for Shared Energy, Shared Futures, an Alberta and Canada-funded tool to recruit and retain Indigenous people in the energy sector through Talent for Energy & Opimoyaso Group. It is the foundation our Indigenous Talent Stream is built on.

An access-controlled, interactive reference covering Indigenous communities in every province and territory: governance, demographics, reserve and treaty geography, and the right doors for economic development and employment conversations. Built for clients planning Indigenous participation; access is granted per organization.
Client tool · access by approvalTRACKS: building the Indigenous Class 1 and Class 3 driver pipeline.
TRACKS (Training, Retention, And Career Knowledge Systems) is an Indigenous Operator Internship for Class 1 and Class 3 driver pathways, funded by the Alberta Government in partnership with Enserva, GrizzlyTrek Group, and Opimoyaso Group. It connects Indigenous candidates, employers, training, and wage subsidy support, with Indigenous cultural safety awareness training included.
Permission first
We do not use community names, images, or relationships without consent.
Employment, not optics
Training only matters when it connects to real work.
Support before and after site
Transportation, onboarding, mentorship, and early issue resolution.

Mission, vision, and values.
To build the vital bridge connecting industry and Indigenous talent, igniting opportunity into purpose, forging sustainable careers, not just jobs, and constructing a truly inclusive workforce for tomorrow.
We believe the path to true reconciliation in Canada is built through career opportunities that change lives. We envision a future where Indigenous workers find meaningful, long-term careers, and a better quality of life for their families and communities. When individuals thrive, they become role models, creating generational change.
Integrity
Honest, ethical, consistent decisions, even when no one is watching. We hold ourselves accountable for doing what is right for clients, candidates, and communities alike.
Humility
We approach every interaction with openness and respect, valuing the traditions and perspectives of others, and we commit to learning from those we serve and partner with.
Trust
We build lasting confidence through transparency, reliability, and follow-through, honouring our commitments and creating relationships that deliver over time.
Straight answers for employers.
